(Archived) Copy Note Link option missing from menu

I am using desktop version 5.3 on my Mac. I am missing the copy note link option from the pulldown menu when I right-click on a note.

You're right, Copy Note Link doesn't appear in the context menu when clicking on a note. Here are the ways to do it:

 

- Select Copy Note Link from the Note menu

- Press Ctrl-Opt-Cmd-C

- Right click on a note in the note list

Thank you so much for the help. I had watched a brief Evernote tutorial and read the 'announcement' about the feature - it appeared as though you could just click in body of the note.

 

Here's the copy from the announcement...

"Grab the Note Link to a note by right-clicking on the note and selecting to Copy Note Link."
