Using Checkboxes to Show the Quantity per Item

Hi!

 

I normally checklists to show if the item or action has been done.  However, when I had a checklist which had items with quantities (say to move 3 chairs to another place), just including 3 chair items on the list still wasn't effective for me.

 

What I did was to put checkboxes AFTER the item to correspond to the number of items needed.  If I wanted to bring 3 chairs, I put 3 checkboxes after the item "Chair" on my list.

 

Attached is an example of this type of checklist.  Hope this is of help for those who had the same predicament as mine.
