(Archived) My entire notebook is deleted

Hi everyone,

I really love evernote and have been using it for a while but today I went to jot something down and noticed that my entire notebook (named "th0ught") had disappeared. On the web, on my mac client and on my phone. How could this possibly occur? I realize there was a recent update could this be a cause? I checked FAQ/KB but this issue does not seem to be documented.

In all of the clients, if you attempt to delete a notebook, it will ask you whether you really want to do that. The default button is "No", so it takes a couple of steps to fully delete a notebook.

You may want to select All Notebooks to try searching for the text of one of the notes that was in this notebook to see whether the notes are actually there, but in an unexpected place.

This happened to me today as well. I had over 300 notes when I left work, and when I got home and synced there were only 200 left. One of my notebooks has been mysteriously deleted. Couldn't find any of these notes in 'All Notebooks'. Very strange...
