[bug]Closing a note window causes all other evernote windows(main too) to close. The windows close and evernote is minimized to the task tray.

This bug has started occuring in evernote 5.

I am not seeing this, on either of the two machines that I run v5 on. I'd suggest opening a support request, see the link in my signature.
