(Archived) How to increase the height of the note area?

I have the new 5.0.2 interface on WinXP Pro.

 

I normally edit a note by double-clicking a note in the notes list. The new window contains only a 2-inch space at the top for text.

 

Increasing the window height has no effect on the 2-inch text area.

 

The foot of the text area does not seem to be draggable.

 

I would be grateful for any advice.

Just keep typing. The space available for your note text will expand.
