Jose Mora 4 Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 Thursday, October 03, 2013 6:43 New York Time Earlier this morning, I was checking my shortcuts after successfully syncing both my iPad and iPhone Evernote iOS, and I found 13 copies of each note for a total of 637 notes! Yet, the same shortcut (saved search) returns empty on my online client as well as my Windows Desktop. So my iOS shows 637 notes as a result of a saved search that is supposed to be empty!!!Since I also use Clever, and it syncs up with Evernote, Clever shows that saved search result as empty. I submitted the following ticket for reference: Ticket# 177758

I submitted a few support requests myself and I just can respond to the e-mails I got regarding these issues but not see a list of my tickets and their status. Or did I miss something?

I am not aware of any customer access to a list. What I would do is to open a chat and then inquire as to the status of your ticket.
