(Archived) Window resizing causes preview pane to show itself...

Hi, I love Evernote but I find the Mac client to be a bit quirky. Here is an example:

The first screenshot demonstrates how I usually use Evernote. I simply double click on a note to open it. I love browsing like this, as it is quick, doesn't require a title on the note, and really makes using large fonts/colors advantageous in my notes.

However, when I resize the window like this, what results is demonstrated in my second screenshot.

Other apps (such as Mail.app), do not open the preview drawer when the window is resized. Any chance we could see the same functionality in Evernote.app?

Thanks for the feedback. We don't currently support a "hidden" state for the note preview pane, but this is something we will consider.

I do hope you guys consider it. A majority of Mac apps do this. I was honestly surprised to see it didn't work that way.

Hello, I notice this bug still exists two years later. Very frustrating to be forced to work in one window!
