(Archived) Shared notebook not working

I've shared a notebook with my husband, yet he can't see it.

I am a premium member, and he is a free one (doesn't really use it and only has a default notebook), mine on an ipad3, he on an ipad2, both on the latest ios7 version.

I can see the notebook is shared, he opens the email and it launches Evernote, but the notebook isn't displayed.

Yet if he shares his single default notebook, I can see it fine.

Any advice would be welcome on how to troubleshoot this further!
