(Archived) iphone app to improve quality camera

Hi everybody,

I am 100% sure that it somewhere on this forum already as I have read about it in the past, but I am looking for the App for the i-phone that improves the quality of the camera. So that the image recognition is getting better. Does anybody know where to find that app again.
