(Archived) Can't copy or paste since ios7 update

Since I updated to ios7 on ipad2 I can't cpoy or paste text

I have the same problem with my iPad4

Same here.  Pasting as always been "strange" with EN on IOS.

 

I don't understand note "title sugestions" - more harm than good - suggestions come up you don't want.

 

Also often want to paste pile of text in body of note (and add title later) - EN is weird here - have to keep tapping to paste.

I happened upon a work around. I was trying to paste into a new note. I wondered if the paste button was getting lost above into the title bar. I returned a few lines down and found I could paste just fine.

The problem seems to be that you don't get the paste prompt appearing.

I found a suggestion on another thread that although you cannot paste into a new note you could paste into an old note. I tried this and it worked for me, but I don't know how old it needs to be!

I just tried your solution and if you press return about 5 times you can then paste! It obviously just doesn't like the top few lines.

Bug is gone in version 7.0.3. Context menu appears now, but it's laggy compared to iOS baseline.

Keep on iterating - great work.
