engberg 89 Posted March 20, 2009 Share Posted March 20, 2009 If you exported the notes with tags, then you can import the notes with the same tags. This will re-use the existing tag in its existing structure in your account, unless you've deleted it, in which case it will make a new tag with that name at the top level of your tag hierarchy. heather 604 Posted March 20, 2009 Share Posted March 20, 2009 Not *all* .enex files will properly import/export tags, especially when going between different accounts, and different versions of Evernote.If you export a file and then immediately reimport it to the same account (with tags already in place), you will retain your tags. In any other setup there have been extremely varied experiences. Link to comment
