RobLewis 26
Like probably most users, I clip a lot of stuff from the Web and elsewhere. Sometimes an article I'm interested in will appear on multiple websites, at different times. I often forget what I've clipped and what I haven't. It would be fantastic if when I clipped something, Evernote would scan my existing notes and put up a message like "The content you are about to clip appears similar to a note (or notes) you already have in your database." It could show the first few lines of text of the existing note(s) and ask "Do you want to clip the new item anyway?" Possible? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,030 Posted September 12, 2013 Level 5* Share Posted September 12, 2013 There's the related notes feature which spots when you've just clipped something - don't see how its possible to have it look over your shoulder and make "you don't wanna do that" noises before the event..
