Once a notebook is added to the business library would it not make sense to actually be able to click on that notebook inside the library so you can open it? All you have is a snippet list of all the notebooks that have no function. I recall someone asking Phil Libin (CEO Evernote) this very question in an interview he did (can't find the link though). He agreed and said it was an oversight on Evernote's part for not implementing this and it would be done, it has not been done yet.
