When I add a new note, it auto titles it unless I turn this feature off.  Its always the same.  Where is it pulling this auto title from????

When I add a new note, it auto titles it unless I turn this feature off.  Its always the same.  Where is it pulling this auto title from????

The title comes from the first line of your note. Try to add a few descriptive words about the note in the first line, then tap enter and the rest of your note. All done in one quick step.
