I am afraid we do not have a Chinese-language forum. If possible, please post in English. Or, you can contact support and they can address your question in Chinese. I think you are referring to China having only one time zone, and you would like to see more in Evernote, but I am a little confused, because Evernote doesn't keep time. Evernote reads the time on your devices and uses that to determine the date created / updated. If you change your device (computer or mobile phone) to Taiwan, Hong Kong, or some other time zone, then your Evernote notes ought to inherit those times as well. Link to comment
