(Archived) Access to Evernote files without client?

Recommended Posts

So i am using Skitch to take photos and annotate them and i want to be able to share them on my network drive to be accessed/viewed from a PC without Evernote installed. Much like dropbox or skydrive is this possible? or are all my notes locked in the DB files?

i guess i should extrapolate some more, i have a piece of software that i wrote that finds images based off a naming convention and it pulls them from said network drive and i want it to be able to see the photo's i have a feeling that i might have to use somthing else, but i wanted to check before i abandoned evernote and skitch

If you're sending the modified images to Evernote, then yes, the images are in the database. If you open the image file in Skitch & save the modified image back to your hard drive as a jpeg or png, then it's just a regular old image file sitting on a hard drive & can be accessed in the same manner as any other regular old image file sitting on a hard drive.
