Just like MS Word gives you the ability to sort paragraphs within a Word doc, I'd like to suggest a similar feature within Evernote. It would work as follows:
Select the text to sort
Right click
Click on menu item "paragraph sort" to sort by paragraph
Alternatively, you could even have a main sort menu with submenus including sort descending and sort ascending.
