(Archived) Windows 7 64-Bit - Install Failure

I forgot the week of lost time using evernote the last time I tried to update.

 

This time I got an Error returned while running install of 4.6.7:

 

An Error occurred while  attempting to create the directory c:\programdata\microsoft\windows\Start menu.

 

 

I don't think this is the problem as I have ensured that the software has the rights to create the directory and have even created the directory and ensured the rights are open.

 

I have run Revo Pro Uninstaller and everything is clean.

 

This is not the same problem I had last time with 4.6.5.8353, I have checked the reg entries and they do not exist.

 

Any idea's please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
