Helpermonkey 0 Posted July 20, 2013 Share Posted July 20, 2013 I am a new user and had only made a few notes & notebooks using Evernote on iPhone. After doing a Password Reset, all of my notes and notebooks disappeared. I logged out and logged in and did a sync but no notes. What happened? I thought my notes would be secure and safe. I've been a member for a few years with around 15,000 notes and none have gone missing yet, despite a password reset or two. I'd suggest you 1) check that you logged into the correct account and 2) submit a support request (see below). Link to comment
