khayes 3
Is there a way to make a Note, possibly a checklist, and have it display as a widget on one of the home screens of my Android phone? Thanks. Link to comment
Level 5* jefito 5,588 Posted July 16, 2013 Level 5* Share Posted July 16, 2013 Here's what I do: * Locate the note in Evernote's note list. * Long-press on the note, until the menu comes up. * Select"Add to Home Screen" You should find the widget/shortcut/whatever on your home screen -- move it where you want it. Note that I'm doing this with the latest Evernote 5.2.1 beta -- not sure when that capability came in. Link to comment
khayes 3
1. Adding it to the Home Screen only seems to add a shortcut/icon to my Home Screen that I can click on to open the Note. I'd like the Note to display already open on a Home Screen. Is that possible? 2. The widget that is available through the Evernote app also only seems to add a small shortcut/icon to my Home Screen. Am I missing something? Thanks. Link to comment
