(Archived) Not all devices are syncing - one is off by one note

All devices(Mac, iPhone, iPad) but one (Windows 7 laptop) have the same number of notes - most have 13,312 (including cloud) the Windows 7 device has 13,311.

 

Is there anyway to fix without having to delete and re-download on the Windows laptop?

If you do have to download again, I am pretty sure that is does not cost you Evernote Monthly Allowance, because that is only consumed by uploads.
