I use evernote to take screen shot with shortcut and image is disappear in evernote and is on clipboard

any one can suggestme

You should be able to take a screen shot & have it plugged directly into your EN Windows client by using the "capture screen" hotkey.  (User definable in tools/options/hotkeys.)  Are you saying the screen cap is not in your Evernote account but is in your clipboard?  If so, it sounds like you're holding the CTRL button down when taking the screen cap.  By holding the CTRL button down, it does put the screen cap in the clipboard but does not add it to Evernote.
