(Archived) Requiring someone to login before seeing a shared note or notebook?

How do you require that someone has to login prior to being able to view a shared Note or Notebook? I do not see an option for this.

It is an option at the time you send the invitation.

I was emailing the note and not sharing it.

 

I am now trying to share a note by copying the url and then opening it in a browser all through the Evernote Mac app, though I still do not see an option for making someone login first?

It may not be applicable to notes.  But when sharing a notebook, both the Windows client & the web client allow you to specify login or not.  I'd guess the Mac client allows the same option, when sharing a notebook.

I see, so I was trying to do this with Notes and you can only do it with Notebooks.

 

One of the options when sharing a Notebook is to allow others to view activity. What types of activty will the other people have access to see?
