(Archived) Toolbar Missing and Ctrl and Alt Don't Work

Hi,

 

New Evernote user here. I'm using the latest version of Firefox (and I tried this in Chrome as well) and I can't see my toolbar. I tried using keystrokes with the control and alt tags and none of those do anything. Also, I don't have any WSYWIG commands at the top of my notes. Here are my questions:

• Where to I go to create the toolbar?
• What do I need to do to get keystrokes working in Evernote?
• How do I get my WSYWIG commands
• Where do I create or delete tags?

What toolbar are you looking for?  If you go to Evernote.com in the browser you can log in and create notes and tags.  To clip a page to Evernote try right-clicking or go to Evernote.com and download the Clearly app.

Are you confusing the native Windows Evernote client with the web client? The web client doesn't have all of the bells & whistles of the native Windows client (e.g. toolbar, menu, a lot of the shortcut keys, etc.).
