(Archived) Does each premium user's account rest on first of month?

Not (yet) premium member. If I upgrade mid-month (10th) is that my reset day? Alternatively EN might do the way many apt rentals work by pro-rating cost the and upload allowance for the first month, and then having everyone on a first of the month cycle.  Knowledge base only talks about Biz accounts which seemingly use the latter approach.
