Am hoping there's some setting to help with this! New to Evernote but liking the flow so far (with a setup from TSW).
Essentially I've created a couple saved searches, each that use a notebook and a couple of tags. When you first launch the app and click those saved searches (I created shortcuts in the sidebar), they work great. But, if you click on an unrelated tag in the sidebar, then click on two different saved search shortcuts (the first works fine), all the results disappear. Essentially it's taking that tag that you clicked on in the sidebar beforehand into account, even though that tag 1) doesn't appear anywhere in the UI and 2) cannot be cleared using Cmd+Shift+J (the highlighted blue "tag" icon when you're in a different screen than a saved search).
The only way to clear this after clicking a tag is to Cmd+R (reset) then Cmd+Shift+J (tag), clear the tag, then without clicking anything else go back to saved searches.
