Level 5 jbenson2 2,149 Posted June 24, 2013 Level 5 Posted June 24, 2013 In Google+, people often post links using the Google URL shorten'r. (similar to Bit.ly)Is there a way to convert a goo.gl or bit.ly URL shortcut to a workable hyperlink inside Evernote?
Level 5* gazumped 12,213 Posted June 24, 2013 Level 5* Posted June 24, 2013 I just copied this url to goo.gl and got http://goo.gl/0Jj0E as a shortcut. Copied that into a (Windows desktop) note and it was recognised as a link, which got me back to this page.
Level 5 jbenson2 2,149 Posted June 24, 2013 Author Level 5 Posted June 24, 2013 Thanks Gaz. Here is the problem - I clipped a post from Google+http://www.evernote.com/shard/s2/sh/cecee73b-568c-4873-9e98-11e8dd530ebe/6a8acaebdf27afa8173f02af341df3e7 The links are black text, not a blue hyperlink. So I assumed they did not work. After reading your message, I tried clicking on them and they worked, but continued to stay black. Not a show stopper.
