(Archived) How do you change the default sort order?

I use Evernote for Ipad, Android and Windows8 (touch).  All open with a date based default sort order.  I would prefer a name based default order.  In Touch the order changes every time you view a note. I'm certain I'm missing something but I see no way of creating a configuration.
