Hi All,

Issue:

Loss of notebooks after restoring the iPad to factory default settings and restore a previous backup.

How to restore or access the Penultimate notebooks after restoring the iPad to factory default settings and restore a previous backup ?!

Context:

1 - Sync and backup the iPad using the iTunes;

2 - Restore the iPad to the factory default setting;

3 - Restore the previous backup during the factory default settings restore (not configure the iPad as a new iPad);

4 - Check the restore... All the apps and respective data are perfectly available... Except Penultimate;

5 - All the notebooks are into the Penultimate - but empty - with all quantity of pages however in blank.

Notes:

1 - Using the Pentiltimate without sync with Evernote.
