(Archived) Edited note names not updating in links

Create a Note in a notebook.

Link to that Note in another Note by using "Copy Note Link"

 

Edit the name of the first note.

 

The link still works in the second note, but the link is not updating to used the edited name. I think this is a bug.  Is there a way to get the link to update itself to use the edited note name?
