mjed 2
I changed my phone, having worked for 12 months on a PC, Android HTC phone and Samsung tablet. Now I can't get into the phone as the new download would only come through play.google store and signed me in as a .gmail email address. My email account for my notes is under my @btinternet email. I tried removing the app and download from a non Google site but it always defaults to Google. When I open Evernote I get the quick start screen then as I press "Start using Evenote" it says "You cannot registere at the moment. This is likely caused by bad connection to the internet" I feel sure this is an account issue as my internet works fine. Mike Link to comment

mjed 2
Believing a support ticket wouldn't get responded too I hung off doing so and continued to miss my Evernote on my phone. Having penned a ticket yesterday I got a very quick reply and today got my Android phone sorted using my own email address, after Google tried to force me onto a gmail login. Great support and thanks. Mike Link to comment
