Batch convert skitch format to jpg

I lost and re-downloaded Skitch version 1. In doing so, I no longer have anything in the history library. However, I have a file of 3000+ skitch files. I would like to:

optimally get them back in my new version 1 library, or

Batch convert all 3000 so that I can get them into iPhoto.

 

If I put them into Evernote, I have used up all storage. (is that the hook?)
