Hi

I am a Evernote free user. After a month, the current monthly usage becomes zero. Then why in my account even after the end of the month, the usage status is still red.

I am using the latest version of Evernote, penultimate, skitch, web clipper on my iPhone, iPod touch, iPad and on my pc.

Regarding the refresh of your upload limit, you need to sync in order to get the refresh from the EN servers. If you're unable to sync, it won't get refreshed on the client. It's also helpful to mention which client you're getting the error on. If you're getting this exact error on all of them did, you reset your password? You may need to submit a support ticket (see my sig).
