Roxyy 0 Posted May 26, 2013 Share Posted May 26, 2013 I recently installed v 4.6.5.8535 and I have been unable to open the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue occurs. The app opens and there is a modal that says it application has encountered an error. Anyone have any suggestions? Link to comment

Upon reinstalling I looked at the properties of the app and it was not the version you indicated, but rather the one that I included in the title of my post. I will wait for someone to respond to the ticket. I am paying customer so hopefully someone will be able to help troubleshoot. I have already spent several hours trolling forums without success. Level 5* jefito 5,598 Posted May 27, 2013 Level 5* Share Posted May 27, 2013 Support people are there for all users; premium users get priority. They typically work normal business hours, so not on the weekend. You should get an email from them within 24 hours, though. Link to comment
