I have all the data bases - need to reload Evernote and the databases on my new computer - what do I need to do or how do I do it?

If your notebooks were all synchronized, then all you need to do is install Evernote on your new computer, log in, and it will synchronize your notes from the Evernote servers. It may take a while, depending on how many notes you have.

If you had any local notebooks (i.e. unsynchronized), then you'd need to restore them yourself. That's a larger topic; hopefully the first part will take care of your problem.
