I just want to annotate images - not upload to Evernote.  Skitch used to be perfect.  Skitch inside of EN is slow and cumbersome if you don't want to catalog images (which I don't).

 

Is there a Stitch equivalent that you'd recommend ?  Mostly just use arrows and box tool.
