(Archived) ipod touch can't view or edit before synch?!

howdy,

this is a huuuuuuge flaw. if i enter a note and am not in range of an accessible wifi point, i can't then edit or even VIEW the note that i just entered?!

i need to be able to see new notes even before it has been synched.

otherwise, great lil app and nice online notes system. thinking about moving over from google notebook.

To keep a copy of a note on your iPhone or touch, click the "Favorites" button on the note. Then you can view the Favorites on the device.

thanks for the tip... but after i enter a note and save it with a synch still pending, how can i mark it as a favorite? the note is impervious to any kind of manipulation apart from deletion.

checked again today at work-

there is NO WAY to flag a new note with a favorite if you are not able to sync. when you are creating the note, there is no way to flag. after you save it, there is no further manipulation you can do (as i said, you can't even VIEW IT AGAIN) except delete.

this is a big issue.
