(Archived) Clipping from Postbox

Each time I attempt to clip an email message my Postbox app freezes up and I must use "force quit."  

 

I LOVE this function and used it frequently.  I noticed the issue in the past couple days.  

 

I've searched all over the POSTBOX site for help with this issue, but I can't find an answer.  I'm so frustrated as Postbox has the worst customer service --- it is the most frustrating process to try ask them a question.  

 

So, I'm turning to the very user-friendly Evernote community.  Please let me know if you've ever had this issue and what you did to resolve the problem.

Wish I could help,  but I use Outlook and Gmail.  Is postbox a web-based service?  I found Clearly grabs mu Gmail content pretty well most of the time..
