(Archived) Shared URL not found

Hi,

this has happened to me a couple of times already.

Say, I want to share a note on the Web and I use the "Copy Share URL to Clipboard" function, then pass that URL to the intended readers of that note, so that they can look at it from their browsers.

That seemed to work fine, but recently I noticed that when clicking on the www.evernote.com/shard/... link

I sometimes get a URL not Found.

So the link does not seem to be reliable/permanent.

 

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a known issue?

Did you merge the note with one or more other notes after getting the share URL?

Did you merge the note with one or more other notes after getting the share URL?

No, I don't recall doing that at all. I likely have updated the note with more "manual" content, like, text, pictures, URLs to regular Web pages and such.
