kinson 3
Hi Guys, I recently switched from an iPhone to Android. What I used to do in iOS was to use a bookmarklet to save the articles I wanted to Pocket, and then from Pocket, I'd export it to Evernote. That worked fine for me. Now in Android, I share the articles from my browser to Pocket (works fine), but when I find that the article is good in Pocket and I share it to Evernote, it loses all it's formatting and images, and everything is in plain text. This basically makes it pretty tough to read. I end up sharing to Evernote, going back to my desktop, re-opening the link in a browser and saving it to Evernote again, which is pretty silly. Is anybody encountering a similar issue and have any solution to this? Thanks a lot! Cheers,Matt Link to comment
Mark Brough 4
I suspect you'll find that the problem is not with Pocket, but with the way in which Evernote for Android handles text formatting. Namely, it loses it or mangles it. A similar post:http://discussion.evernote.com/topic/37375-android-version-kills-my-note-formatting/ Link to comment
Brian Woods 16
Not sure which browser you are using, but, have you tried to share directly to Evernote from your current browser to see if the problem persists or try a different browser such as "dolphin browser", which has a lot of add-ons, including for Evernote and Pocket. Hope this helps. Link to comment
