✔ Submitting Ticket .......... does not work

I have been trying to submit a ticket for the last couple of days using the online tool.  When I hit the submit button it says "Submitting Ticket ......." but it never does.  Is the online ticket submission process broken ?

This may be because you have gone over the character limit:

We're trying to troubleshoot exactly what is causing this to happen on the ticket form.

Have you copy/pasted a lot of data into the description field by any chance? There's a 500 character limit, for some reason it's just not giving an error if you put more. We're working to fix.

I am having the same problem. And when I click on chat now, a new blank evernote support page opens. How am I supposed to submit a support ticket now?

1) Chat is a premium feature. If you are free you cannot use chat for support. Chat also works only during "normal" business hours pacific time. If you are anywhere east of California, Chat will only just now be becoming available. 

2) I have no problem going to http://evernote.com/contact/support

then selecting "contact us for support" under "contact us" in the lower right quadrant

then providing the information required for my ticket.

 

What happens if you visit: https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action

 

 

You can also log into your account at http://www.evernote.com, select your username in the top right, and select "contact support".

I was logged in when tried submitting my ticket the first time (and had already tried logging out and back in), but it seems I could not submit my ticket until I used this link you sent me:
