XJW 0 Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 I have been trying to submit a ticket for the last couple of days using the online tool. When I hit the submit button it says "Submitting Ticket ......." but it never does. Is the online ticket submission process broken ?

spg SCOTT 736 Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 This may be because you have gone over the character limit:We're trying to troubleshoot exactly what is causing this to happen on the ticket form. Have you copy/pasted a lot of data into the description field by any chance? There's a 500 character limit, for some reason it's just not giving an error if you put more. jman9 0 Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 I am having the same problem. And when I click on chat now, a new blank evernote support page opens. How am I supposed to submit a support ticket now?

Chat also works only during "normal" business hours pacific time. If you are anywhere east of California, Chat will only just now be becoming available. 2) I have no problem going to http://evernote.com/contact/supportthen selecting "contact us for support" under "contact us" in the lower right quadrantthen providing the information required for my ticket. What happens if you visit: https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action You can also log into your account at http://www.evernote.com, select your username in the top right, and select "contact support".
