Recommended Posts

I want to thank everyone who was able to attend our webinar on Friday 4/12 over Evernote Business.  We do apologize for the audio issues that were encountered during the webinar. Below, you will find a list of the questions and answers that were asked throughout the presentation.  You can find future webinars for Evernote Business at the following link.

Q: When using iOS to draft a note and take a picture to add to the
note, can the files size of the photo be downsized or compressed?

A: When using an iOS device, you can choose to have Evernote auto
downsize your images. Tap on your name in the top left of the Evernote
homepage. From the settings page, select "Note editor" and adjust the
Image size you prefer.

Q: Can I use Evernote Business to store information in the office so
that certain users/administrators can look at notes & documents and
approve or suggest changes.

A: Evernote Business Notebooks are a great way to do this. These are
notebooks that a user has specifically created to fill with notes
related to the business, and can be shared selectively or published to
the company's Business Library to be viewed and shared companywide.
Business Notebooks are great for organizing notes at all levels of your
organization. The company has the right to access, use, manage and
modify any notes that are stored in a Business Notebook, even if the
Business Notebook has not been shared or published to the company's
Business Library. In this way, administrators could utilize Evernote
Business as you are inquiring.

Q: Where does the data reside in your servers? How secure is the data ? Can I use my servers?

Q: How do you add notes to emails?

A: You can use the "Share" option to email a note. When you select this
option, you'll be prompted to enter one or more email addresses with
which to share the note. You can also add additional text before sending
the note via email. This will send the note via email.

Q: How can I recover my password?

A: If you've forgotten your Evernote password, you can visit our password
reset page where you'll be prompted to enter either your Evernote
username or the email address associated with your account. After
entering one of these, you'll be sent an email containing a unique link
to a page where you can choose a new password. Sometimes the email will
be sent to your spam or junk folders by your email program, so be sure
to check there. If you're still having trouble, contact our support
department.
