mdavis0424 0 Posted January 22, 2009 Share Posted January 22, 2009 I downloaded the app from the app store, I have the evernote icon on the iphone, but it is grayed out and the caption is "waiting". During the install, I got an "authorization failed, connect itunes" type of message. I tried to go back to the app store and reinstall, but it says it is already installed. I downloaded and installed/sync'd from itunes, but no effect. Unselecting in itunes says it is removing the app from the phone, but still hung at waiting on the iphone.Any suggestions as to what will fix this? Link to comment
engberg 89 Posted January 22, 2009 Share Posted January 22, 2009 You could try uninstalling us by holding your finger down on the main screen until the apps wiggle and show you the "close" box to uninstall our app. Otherwise, you may need to try a full reboot, or maybe even reload the software from your desktop computer:http://www.evernote.com/pub/ensupport/f ... 5ed332b118 Link to comment
