(Archived) Custom Save To Location?

Is there a way to make a custom save to location?  I store a lot of pdfs via EN and many times I want to use these outside of EN.  I know you can do a save to but this usually require a lot of drilling down to find the directory that I want to use.  Is there a way to have a custom location specified?

I was going to suggest that you make the folder one of your Explorer Favorites, but unfortunately the folder picker doesn't list those. I can see where that would be useful -- I use Favorites all the time in Explorer to push things quickly into my Evernote import folder.
