I want to thank everyone who was able to attend our webinar on Friday 4/5 over Evernote Business.  Below, you will find a list of the questions and answers that were asked throughout the presentation.  You can find future webinars for Evernote Business at the following link.

Question : You mentioned that some people have 1 notebook without organizing any further, and instead rely on search. My company is contemplating this approach for simplicity of user input. Do you see any negative aspects in having a mass amount of notes in 1 notebook?
Answer : One advantage that you can have by using multiple notebooks is that you can join the notebooks that pertain to the group you are a

part of.  Also, with multiple notebooks, you could specify which notebook you are wanting to search through and narrow down your search to just that particular notebook. Having 1 notebook for a particular group or function does help in getting content in a specific area and using search can make using limited notebooks a viable option.

Question : Is the author identified for a note?
Answer : Yes. You can find the author of a note by looking at the information area of the specific note.

Question : Is the author of a note identified regardless of the method of input (desktop, mobile or audio)?
Answer : Yes, the author of a note is determine by the account that creates the note.

Question : Can any user add tags in Evernote Business to a note?

Answer : Any user can add tags to an Evernote Business note as long as they have modify access to the note.
