dotcommer 8
Why can't I have like 10? I can't remember the last time the related results from my google search were relevant to what I was searching for (even though I knew it was somewhere in my notes, it just wasn't one of the "top 3" from the results from EN). I'd even settle for 5. 3 is ridiculously near-sighted for a search. I feel like at one point in EN webclipper's earlier days I got more than 3 results when searching. What happened to that? dotcommer 8
Really? No one gives a ***** about this? Its like THE most important and useful feature of EverNote.... and no one has anything to say about this? Link to comment
jbignert 473
It's a delicate balance on how much screen real estate on search results pages we want to take over. The API returns more results but at this point we don't have a simple way to show them. This feature was redesigned about 6 months ago and before that we surfaced a link 'XX results in your Evernote account' The engagement metrics on that design was not great and the redesign addressed that by focusing on quality in presentation of the related results. Generally people are happy with the current design & behavior. Link to comment

I think your confusing "Related" with the results of a search. Related notes are simply there when you clip or select a note. And there are only three. If you do an actual search, you will get all the relevant results, which, depending on what you're searching for and how many notes you have, could be in the hundreds. Link to comment
