Lyn 2
I'm new to Evernote but as so pleased I got it. I do research on different aspects of New Zealand history and keep the information in separate notebooks. A museum in another town wants my information and I suggested that they get Evernote so that I can just share the notebook applicable to their town. Their usual sources of paper information is now being entered into a government supplied database program which is used locally but I thought for our relationship, Evernote would be better because I can just enter new information in that notebook and they would have immediate access to it. Is this how it can work? Link to comment
Level 5* phils 220 Posted April 6, 2013 Level 5* Share Posted April 6, 2013 Yes, Evernote's sharing capabilities are designed for just this type of thing. See this blog post for some basic info to get started. Link to comment
C6REW 416
As Phil says, this is a very useful feature of Evernote. I have a 'shared' Notebook being used around the world with information including manuals etc on the Olympus OM-D E-M5 camera. The only advice I would give you is that if you make it public make it read only. You don't want people you don't know adding or changing the Notebook or Notes. Best regards Chris Link to comment
