I know can not use international user name to log in Chinese version Evernote, but why? any one can explain it?thx a lot.

As I understand it, Yinxiang Biji is a separate service in China that is run independent of the original Evernote service located in the US. Because the servers are totally independent, the one in the US has no way of authenticating your ID or accessing your account, and vice versa with the one in China.
