(Archived) Evernote cannot properly handle the Ampersand in URL links

I tried to paste this link inside a note:

When I click on it though, I get a 404 because EN replaces it with this link:

 

 

 

http://www.frontiercoop.com/store.php?Screen=recipe&recipe=1714 

 

 

I cannot change it with editing because the "&amp" isn't in the URL. It is how EN hands off the URL to the browser. I had to use a bit.ly shorturl to get it to work.

 

This is EN 4.6.4.8136 on Windows 7.
