(Archived) Multiple Evernote Buttons on MenuBar in Outlook msg window

I am not sure how to describe this any better than stated in the topic title, but I get a multitude of Evernote buttons appearing on the menubar in the open msg window in Outlook 2003.  They take up so much space they are forcing other buttons off the menubar.  I am attaching a .PNG of an open email msg to show what I mean.

 

I am brand-spanking-new to Evernote, so maybe there is some config that is messed up or... ?  I don't know, can someone help?!
